Background Check Information: Information required for background checks, including criminal history (where permitted by law), driving record, and any other relevant information for verifying your eligibility to be a driver partner. 

Delivery Preferences: Any specific preferences you set within the app related to your delivery services. 

Communications: Information you provide when you communicate with us, including customer support inquiries, feedback, and surveys. 

Geolocation Information: We collect precise real-time location data from your mobile device when the HomeNeeds Driver App is running in the foreground or background. This is essential for assigning deliveries, tracking your progress, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient service. You can control location services through your device settings, but disabling them will prevent you from using the app for deliveries. 

Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the HomeNeeds Driver App, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and app version. 

Usage HomeNeeds Driver App, such as features used, date and time of access, screens viewed, delivery acceptance/rejection rates, and crash reports. 

Transaction Information: Details related to deliveries you complete, including order details, pick-up and drop-off locations, delivery times, and earnings.
